• This program is jointly organized between Tech Data (Singapore) and Lenovo (Singapore), and it begins from 22 October 2025 to 22 January 2026 or while stocks last.
  • The eligible products for this program are Lenovo PC, Notebook & Options (ex-stocks models), more particularly as specified above. All transactions must be made through www.innovixmarketplace.com..
  • The Scratch N' Win game will be conducted virtually via https://campaign.tdsgsolutions.com. Redemption of the prizes is on a "first come first serve", "while stocks last" basis.
  • To qualify for one (1) virtual scratch card, resellers must accumulate SGD3,000 on Lenovo PC, Notebook & Options (ex-stock models) throughout this program period. Accumulation can be through multiple purchases during this program period.
  • From 22 October - 5 November 2025, get an additional one (1) virtual scratch card when resellers spend and accumulate SGD3,000 on Lenovo PC, Notebook & Options (ex-stock models).
  • All orders have to be invoiced by 22 January 2026 to be eligible for this program.
  • Each eligible reseller is allowed to claim a maximum of three (3) virtual scratch cards.
  • The top spender will be determined based on the highest spending in Lenovo PC, Notebook & Options at the end of the program period on 22 January 2026.
  • The qualified reseller will be informed by email and subject to verification by Tech Data (Singapore) before a virtual scratch card is issued. If Tech Data (Singapore) fails to contact any qualified reseller for any reason through the account's email address used to purchase, it may, at its discretion, forfeit the issuance of the virtual scratch card.
  • All prizes received by the resellers from this program are subject to availability and may be replaced by another item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Tech Data (Singapore) and Lenovo (Singapore).
  • All prizes received by the resellers from this program are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash/credit in kind. All prize received also cannot be used to offset any order make through DMP or sales representative.
  • All prizes are to be self-collected from Tech Data (Singapore) office. The prize will take approximately four weeks or earlier from the program end date but may be subject to further delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • All images used in this program are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the actual product or service being offered. Actual products and services may differ in appearance, features, and specifications. We reserve the right to make changes to the product or service at any time without prior notice.
  • Tech Data (Singapore) and Lenovo (Singapore) reserve the right to vary any of the terms and conditions herein, or withdraw, or suspend, or terminate this program at any time without any further notice or liability to any reseller. In any case of dispute, the decision of Tech Data (Singapore) or Lenovo (Singapore) on all matters relating to the program shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions:
  1. “Tech Data (Singapore)” means collectively, Tech Data Distribution (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Tech Data Advanced Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd
  2. “Lenovo (Singapore)” means collectively, Lenovo Enterprise Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Lenovo (Singapore) Pte Ltd
